Course Overview
The Level 4 AI for Business Apprenticeship equips individuals with the skills to identify, design and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions that improve efficiency and performance across organisations. Learners build confidence in adopting AI tools, applying responsible and ethical AI principles, innovating safely and managing risk while embedding AI within business processes.

Funded via Apprenticeship Levy, levy transfer or 5% employer contribution for non-levy payers
This course is ideal for individuals aspiring to develop AI capability, team leaders delivering digital transformation, business analysts or process specialists introducing AI solutions, and IT or operations professionals expanding into AI-enabled roles.
Successful completion leads to the Level 4 AI Apprenticeship Standard and potential professional membership (such as BCS). Learners can progress to Level 7 AI programmes or ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management.
Learners must be employed in a role that supports the use or implementation of AI or digital improvement activities and be supported by their employer to complete off-the-job training requirements.
