This hands-on course, led by a tutor with over 20 years’ experience at Toyota UK, explores the proven tools and principles of the Toyota Production System to improve quality, eliminate waste, and boost operational efficiency. Through engaging team activities and real-world examples, you'll gain practical skills in lean tools like Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and more. Whether you're starting your lean journey or want to deepen your impact, this course gives you the confidence and capability to lead meaningful, lasting improvements in your organisation.
This course will run over two days - Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd October 2025 - 9.30am-4pm.
Those wanting hands on experience of lean tools to help drive efficiency in the workplace.
Progress to an Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 4, if suitable.
