HND Digital Content Creation learner, Finn Brown is taking his career global after securing the opportunity to support Siemens on their latest live brief.

 

An established partner of the Institute of Technology, Siemens continues to play a key role in supporting the development of future talent. 

As part of the Siemens (Congleton) Management Away Day, HND Digital Content Creation learner, Finn Brown joined the group to collaborate with them on a real-world live-brief as part of his final-year project. The brief focused on developing a range of video and visual content designed to communicate Siemens’ culture, values and behaviours to its workforce.

This latest project marks yet another significant achievement for Finn, who continues to build an impressive portfolio of industry experience alongside his HE studies. Having the opportunity to work alongside a globally recognised business such as Siemens provides invaluable insight into professional standards and expectations, further enhancing his career prospects and demonstrating the power of employer-led education.

Dave Thomas, Training & Development Manager at Siemens shared: “At our recent Leadership Development Day, our Leadership Team was very impressed with Finn, particularly how he presented himself and the confidence with which he spoke. Finn has done a great job of supporting the teams with their vision and recording their videos, he worked super quickly to give a first draft video on the day and is working with our communications partners to create collateral to support all of our employee events.

Dave added: He is working really professionally and adapting to our needs so our feedback for Finn is absolutely positive and we are looking forward to seeing what he produces as part of his project.”
