Course Overview
The People and Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship develops confident professionals who can effectively lead people, manage projects and deliver organisational success.
Designed for dynamic workplace environments, the programme blends people management, leadership behaviours and project management skills. Learners gain the knowledge and confidence to plan, lead and deliver projects that achieve real business value while managing resources, engaging stakeholders and motivating teams.

Funded via Apprenticeship Levy, levy transfer or 5% employer contribution for non-levy payers
Ideal for aspiring or newly appointed managers, project officers, coordinators or team leaders moving into project responsibility, or professionals managing projects alongside people management duties.
On completion, learners achieve the Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification and may apply for Associate Chartered Manager (ACMgr) status with CMI. Progression routes include ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
Must be employed in a role with people and/or project responsibility and supported by employer to complete off-the-job training requirements.
